Tieton Cider Works produces hard apple cider in the tradition of European ciders. We are committed to continuing the tradition of Cider Making in the state known for its apples: Washington. The true art in cider making is in the blending. We start with our own organically grown dessert apples and blend them with full-bodied ancestral cider apples. The results are complex and balanced ciders that are a fusion of tannins, natural sugars and acids. The tradition is seasoned; but we are refining the skill in our own way and hand-crafting each variety.
