The Incider at Restaurant Zoe

The Incider by Rob Swierkos and Kris Emery, Restaurant Zoe for Washington Cider Week 2 oz OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 4 oz Wild Washington Cider dash house made cinnamon bitters Combine first three ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a large rocks glass over ice. Top with Tieton Wild Washington Cider. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
