Our Cider
Our fresh pressed juice comes from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. We knew that not one single apple carried the necessary properties to make a truly complex and well-balanced cider. We blend American, English and French cider varieties with our organically grown dessert apples to capture the best of what each variety brings to the bottle: sweetness, acidity, tannin and aroma. The results are ciders with body and a depth of finish.
Ciders are naturally gluten free and we recommend drinking our ciders well chilled. All of our ciders are perfect as an aperitif, enjoyable with food, perfect in all seasons and refreshing on their own. The versatility of cider includes using our Tieton Blend or Wild Washington Apple as a cocktail base. Is there a more perfect beverage than cider?
