You enjoy it when the days are hot and the nights are long. It’s perfect with salads and grilled meats. But when the evenings turn chilly, you will love this cider pared with soups and heartier fare.
Ingredients: Fermented apple juice, cherry juice, invert sugar.
Tieton Blend
Our Tieton Blend Cider mirrors the region where we make our cider: dry, sometimes bone dry. We start with sweet Washington apples that are blended with bitter and sharp traditional European cider apples. We remove the sugar during fermentation, letting the tannins, acids and aromatics fuse into this complex and balanced crafted libation. You will find that all of our ciders pair beautifully with all foods; especially with cheese, charcuterie and savory entrees.
